Massimo Cellino has received the all-clear to complete his takeover of Leeds United.

Cellino yesterday won his appeal to buy Leeds.

The Daily Star Sunday says the Football League had blocked the move but a QC ruled in his favour.

Cagliari owner Cellino, 57, was barred from owning the Elland Road club after failing the Football League's owners' and directors' test.

Cellino was found guilty of failing to pay £360,000 import duty on a yacht in Italy.
