Chelsea goalkeeper Petr Cech says the locker room is buzzing after a successful festive programme.
Chelsea's tally of 10 points out of 12 over the busy Christmas period has put them firmly in contention for the Premier League title.
Cech said: "We made the most of this period. This was our aim. We are right there. It's up to us how we continue that now.
"We are improving game-by-game and we hope to still improve even more. In the Christmas period it was very important not to concede goals and to score goals at the other end. We did really well during this very difficult period for us. We got most of the points we wanted and this was our target."
