Chelsea goalkeeper Petr Cech says there's great belief within the squad of winning trophies this season under manager Jose Mourinho.
With Mourinho massaging egos and boosting confidence on the Blues' extended tour of the Far East, keeper Cech says there is no fear of failure in the squad.
"If you have fear, you might as well stay on holiday and not come back," he said.
"It is a waste of time and energy. We have no fear. If we fail, we fail. That is the worst that can happen.
"We will have a go and do the best we can.
"But there is no fear of it because failure is a part of football and life.
"Ultimately, though, we need to win something. After last season we need progression for it to be a success. Progression means doing better in the Premier League and doing better in the Champions League because we got knocked out of that too early."
