Chelsea goalkeeper Petr Cech says the momentum is with them for this season's Champions League bid.
He said: "After two semi-finals and one final defeat, you yearn for another go and for the chance to win the Champions League.
"I believe we'll have a chance to get to the final again this year.
"We can go as far as we did last year. We're a slightly different team but in terms of quality, this team is at least as good as last year's."
Cech, 26, says Chelsea's notable triumph over their old boss Claudio Ranieri and Juventus in the last round demonstrated their credentials.
He added: "The two matches with Juventus proved that - they are a very strong team.
"We can't forget they beat Real Madrid twice in the group stages. That places even greater value on our victory.
"The manager has got to know the team in a short time and therefore he has acted in a relaxed manner."
