Chelsea's 5-0 thumping of Sunderland marked the 100th cleansheet for Petr Cech since his arrival at Stamford Bridge.

"I am glad that I have reached the 100," he told his own website. "If I go on like this, I might break his record in five years.

"Even more I am satisfied with the fact that I have made most of them in the Premier League and in the Champions League, in the two best football competitions in the world.

"It is also a good result for the defensive play of the whole team."
