Chelsea goalkeeper Petr Cech has undergone successful shoulder surgery.

Cech is the only senior player on duty at the club's Surrey training ground right now as he undertakes his early rehab sessions after picking up his injury during the Champions League semi-final.

He went under the knife in the final week of the domestic season, on May 7, and is expected to be out for nearly three months.
