Reports emanating in Spain suggest that Santi Cazorla's proposed transfer from Malaga to Arsenal could be concluded on Friday.
Local paper Malaga Hoy suggests that the 27-year old midfielder is on his way to London with his wife and agent to complete a mooted 16million move with the first part of a medical to take place today.
The Gunners appear to have clinched Cazorla for a cut-price deal with Malaga who are currently experiencing a financial crisis as Qatari owner Abdullah Al-Thani looks to sell up.
