The agent of Edinson Cavani admits they were "surprised" by Palermo president Maurizio Zamparini's comments this week that they could send the young Uruguayan away on-loan.

Pierpaolo Triulzi said: "He has renewed his contract with the best intentions to remain. I am available to the club, even by telephone. When the leaders want to talk I will be ready. There will be no changes until the club notifies me."
