Edinson Cavani's mother says her son is currently in talks with Real Madrid and Manchester City.
The Napoli star has continually been linked with a summer exit but he and the club have suggested that nothing would come of the frenzied interest.
However, the Uruguayan's mother said on radio in Montevideo that the 26-year old could be on his way out the Stadio San Paolo exit door in the next couple of weeks.
"Edi is dealing with Real Madrid and City," said Berta Gomez.
"In two or three weeks, we will know their fate and be able to say more.
"In any case, I assure you Edinson loves Naples and, if he goes, he will never forget the love and affection of the people."
