Napoli striker Edinson Cavani is ready for talks with president Aurelio de Laurentiis after Uruguay's Confederations Cup ended in defeat to Brazil.

El Matador was asked about his future, as Manchester United, Chelsea, Real Madrid and PSG have all reportedly made offers.

"I am still a Napoli player. I belong to Napoli. As soon as possible I will talk to the President. I have always shown respect for the club.

"I'll talk to the President, man to man."
