Italy World Cup winner Franco Causio says Napoli attacker Lorenzo Insigne needs to be a starter at the Euros.
Insigne is fighting to make the final cut of Italy's squad.
“Conte is a maestro and in some ways is like Maurizio Sarri, as he manages to really motivate players and get the best out of each individual," Causio told Il Mattino newspaper.
“When Sarri realised Insigne wasn't fulfilling his potential as a trequartista, he changed the system to suit his players.
“In the 4-3-3 he flourished, going back to the incredible form he had at Pescara under Zdenek Zeman. I also see Insigne doing well in Conte's 4-2-4 or as a second striker in the 3-5-2.
“The issue remains the same, if you have quality, then it will emerge in any context."
