Sunderland midfielder Lee Cattermole has welcomed the signing of Anthony Reveillere.
The French defender could make his debut tonight at Crystal Palace.
"It's important to have someone experienced coming in," Cattermole told the Evening Chronicle. "He's looked good in training and his cv automatically gets respect off the boys.
"He's a natural right-back, and once he starts speaking better English he'll do great for us.
"Communication helps everybody on the pitch.
"At the minute it's all about getting that little bit of confidence back. Then you start believing the ball's going to drop for you. If we can get that back, we can look forward again."
