Catania have sent to Chievo VeronaGennaro Sardo and Giuseppe Colucci.
Defender Sardo joins Chievo on-loan to the end of the season and midfielder Colucci signs in a permanent deal.
Chievo have the option to take Sardo in co-ownership in June.
