Catania coach Sinisa Mihajlovic believes they're one win away from Serie A safety.

The Sicilians were outstanding yesterday at AC Milan, twice taking the lead only to be held 2-2 by the hosts.

Mihajlovic said: "It was a great first half performance, it's a shame that we conceded so early after the break. If we beat Siena, then we can consider ourselves safe from relegation."
