Catania sports chief Pietro Lo Monaco insists midfielder Fabio Caserta is not for sale.
"(Palermo sports director) Rino Foschi has only just called me to ask for Caserta," revealed Lo Monaco, "but I told him that he was not for sale. We cannot contemplate selling an important player only fours day out from the start of the season."
