Catania sports chief Pietro Lo Monaco has moved quickly to end any doubts over coach Walter Zenga.

Zenga's team has struggled in recent weeks, but Lo Monaco insists: "Zenga remains the coach of Catania until the conclusion of the championship.

"I should not even have to do this, but it's better be clear to avoid certain rumours starting up."
