Catania sports director Pietro Lo Monaco says Marco Giampaolo and Zico are under consideration to replace Sinisa Mihajlovic.

Mihajlovic resigned as Catania coach last week.

"Giampaolo is a good Coach, professional and really talented," explained Lo Monaco.

"Tactically he is amongst the best in Italy. But between saying this and confirming him as the new Catania manager, there is a long way.
