Catania general manager Pietro Lo Monaco has launched an extraordinary attack on Inter Milan coach Jose Mourinho.

Last year, Lo Monaco waged a very public war of words that went on for several weeks between the two men.

"Mourinho's antics against Sampdoria made me sick," Lo Monaco told Radio Gol.

"Paolo Tagliavento did well and did not suffer from the psychological pressure of officiating at San Siro.

"He gave the correct punishment when it was warranted. If Mourinho has become such a media phenomenon, then it is our fault too. The Press can't do without him now.

"How many times have you heard anyone talk about the merits of Mourinho's work?

"I would like for him to stand out because of his qualities as a Coach. Now instead he even attacks people through his staff.

"He lacks humility, respect and consideration for others."
