Catania chief Pietro Lo Monaco is confident keeping hold of coach Sinisa Mihajlovic.
Lo Monaco also warned Mihajlovic to heed the example of Walter Zenga after he left Catania last year.
"Mihajlovic is doing very well and few would've bet on him being quite so successful," said Lo Monaco.
"It was a bit of a gamble taking him on, but Sinisa is proving his worth in Catania. He has a contract with us and will not be leaving Sicily."
Among the sides linked with the Serb tactician are Fiorentina and even his former club Inter Milan.
"I would like to put an end to these rumours once and for all. Catania know nothing about any offers Mihajlovic may or may not have received.
"I don't think clubs superior to Catania will have requested his services. If he wants to leave, then we certainly won't hold him back by force, but that is true of everyone.
"I think it would be a mistake for him to follow the path set by Walter Zenga last year."
