Catania winger Jorge Martinez is anxious about seeing a move to Juventus sealed.
Catania chief Pietro Lo Monaco insists the only option for the Uruguay international is Juve.
"Martinez will play for Juventus next season, otherwise he will stay here in Catania," claimed Lo Monaco.
The Catania director and Juventus' new sporting director Beppe Marotta are good friends and apparently this helped in the negotiations.
