Catania sports chief Pietro Lo Monaco has announced they're prepared to sell Maxi Lopez to AC Milan.
Maxi is a January target for Milan with Antonio Cassano sidelined for six months following heart surgery.
"Maxi Lopez to Milan? He can do well anywhere," director Pietro Lo Monaco told Radio Kiss Kiss.
"We are happy he is admired by a club of that stature. If the Rossoneri really do want him, then we will not stand in the way of a positive outcome to negotiations."
