The agent of Feyenoord sensatonal Luc Castaignos is wanted by Tottenham and Arsenal.
Castaignos has caught the eye after a rich return of five goals in his last seven games since establishing himself in the first team at struggling Feyenoord.
He was also one of the youngest players at the European Under 19 Championship in the summer and stated in a 1-0 win against England.
Rated at £4million, his agent Arie Treffers said: "Arsenal and Tottenham? There are many interested, but only Inter have made a firm move."
