Former Italy U21 coach Pierluigi Casiraghi says Inter Milan have clearly blundered allowing Nicolo Zainolo to leave for AS Roma.

The exciting youngster left Inter as part of the deal that took Radja Nainggolan from Roma.

Casiraghi said, "Zaniolo is a natural talent of the highest quality, who also surprises for physical and aerobic strength: this is why he already makes the difference.

"Many excellent players come out of Inter's academy every year, but it is clear that here we are faced with a misjudgment. The problem is that a big club is forced to immediately aim for victory and Inter with Nainggolan wanted to quickly fill the gap, but so they sacrificed a treasure."
