Casemiro hailed young Real Madrid teammate Vinicius Junior after victory over Sevilla.

Casemiro opened the scoring 12 minutes from time against a resourceful Sevilla side coached by Pablo Machin, whilst Luka Modric added the finishing touch in injury time.

"Don't blame our attackers for the team's lack of goals," he intimated in his post-match interview.

"Real Madrid always have to win and our forwards are doing very well.

"Vinicius is in incredible form and Karim Benzema is having his best season.

"Although we must be calm with Vinicius.

"Real Madrid aren't scoring goals, but that isn't the fault of the forwards."
