Ricardo Carvalho will follow Didier Drogba out of Chelsea at the end of the season.

The People says Carvalho is set to follow Drogba at the end of the season - and link up again with Jose Mourinho.

Ex-Chelsea boss Mourinho took Carvalho to Stamford Bridge and will be on the Special One's hit list when he makes his managerial comeback - with AC Milan and Barcelona in the frame.

Drogba has said several times he is unhappy at Chelsea but Carvalho's departure would shock club officials.
