Scott Carson is backing Aston Villa to crack European qualification this season.

The on-loan Liverpool keeper said: "The way we have been playing we definitely need to be setting our sights on the top six - and these next few away games are vital.

"We need to pick up the odd win and not lose - that is the main target."
