Andy Carroll is with the Liverpool squad in Prague for their Europa League tie with Sparta.
The former Newcastle United frontman is still recovering from a thigh problem, and manager Kenny Dalglish insists his presence is only for training purposes and bonding.
Dalglish felt the trip to the Czech Republic was an ideal opportunity for Carroll, who only joined the Reds late on transfer deadline day, to continue his integration into the squad.
"He won't be considered for the game, but will travel just to get in and amongst the lads," Dalglish told liverpoolfc.tv. "It'll help him to feel a part of it."
