Manchester United midfielder Michael Carrick says it is important for the playing group not to worry about other results.
The Red Devils are seven points clear of second-placed Arsenal, who play Tottenham tonight, and nine clear of third-placed Chelsea, who are at home to Birmingham City.
Last night's scoreless draw with Newcastle United kept the other two teams in the race for the title and Carrick says it makes it is now even more vital to focus on what they can control.
"We are still in a good position. We have got tough games ahead, but they [Arsenal and Chelsea] have got tough games too," he said.
"We don't want to be looking at results too much, we want to be winning games ourselves. We just roll on. This is what we want to be doing, playing in the big games coming thick and fast."
United next meet seventh-placed Everton at Old Trafford on Saturday.
