Manchester United midfielder Michael Carrick says the club's senior players are a great example to follow.
At United, senior players such as Ryan Giggs and Paul Scholes set the example.
As Carrick explains: "The drive and the determination they still have is inspiring. A couple of years ago, people were saying they haven't got long left but they never lose their quality and are both so enthusiastic in training.
"At some clubs I've seen older players who are just seeing out their days and going through the motions a bit, but these two are something else.
"Obviously you've got to be willing to take care of yourself and graft like the majority of our lads do.
"But Giggsy and Scholesy have set the standard for the last 10-15 years, so if I draw inspiration from them then I've a chance of a long and successful career."
