Manchester United midfielder Michael Carrick admits their consecutive defeats have been a shock.
"We'd gone so long without a league defeat that when it happened it was a bit of a shock to the system, especially when you consider the run we'd been on and how we'd been playing," he told United Review.
"But you're going to lose games through the season, it's very rare you don't. We've just got to bounce back; we've done it before and we'll do it again. It's not a case of changing everything because we've lost a couple of matches - we've got to focus on doing what we do best and hopefully go on another winning run."
While it's down to the players to get the job done on the pitch, the 27-year-old midfielder has called on the Old Trafford faithful to roar the team to glory.
"The fans can play a huge part in every game," declares Carrick. "The matches in which things aren't going quite so well are the ones they pull you through.
"It's easy for supporters to get a bit frustrated in those games, but our fans are always behind us which gives you a big lift."
