Liverpool veteran Jamie Carragher feels they deserved their 1-1 draw at Chelsea.

Luis Suarez's late header secured a share of the spoils for the Reds and cancelled out John Terry's opener in a hard-fought contest in London.

Carragher reflected to liverpoolfc.com: "In the first half, Chelsea were on top but in the second half we came out and it's great credit to the lads [we got a point].

"It's a tough place to come, they're flying high, but I think we probably deserved a point in the end because of the way we battled away in the second half."
