Liverpool legend Jamie Carragher is happy to see Rickie Lambert make the move from Southampton. The England striker completed his dream switch on Monday in a deal worth £4million that could rise depending on the number of appearances made.
"I think it's a very good signing," Carragher said.
"He's a local boy, a Liverpool fan, and it's probably been a dream for him.
"There'll be lots of games with Liverpool being involved in the Champions League, so he'll play his part and I'm sure he'll get some goals."
