Jamie Carragher is back in training at Liverpool.

The veteran defender is desperate to return to action to help new manager Kenny Dalglish's cause.

Carragher has taken the first steps towards a return.

Carragher, who suffered a dislocated shoulder in November, is in light training and hoping to be ready for the first team next month.
