Carpi have signed Napoli midfielder Jonathan de Guzman.
The Dutchman has joined Carpi on-loan to the end of the season.
"Carpi FC 1909 have announced the acquisition on a temporary basis until 30 June 2016 from SSC Napoli of the right to benefits for Jonathan De Guzman," stated the Serie A club.
De Guzman was also in talks with Swansea City and Bournemouth this month.
