Carlton Cole is unsure of his future at West Ham United.

The Sun says the Hammers are ready to discuss terms but the former England player - who is a free agent this summer - will need to lower his demands.

Cole, 29, is thought to want £40,000 a week but the club's board are more likely to offer half that.
