Brazilian legend Carlos Alberto isn't surprised to see Chelsea and Manchester United chasing Santos whiz Neymar.
The young winger has confirmed the interest of both Premier League heavyweights.
"Neymar is the best Brazilian player in the last five years," the 66-year-old Carlos Alberto told The Guardian.
"He's already ready to be a big star in Europe in my opinion. Sometimes he can be a bit crazy but Neymar can be the best in the world, in two or three years time he can be there."
