AC Milan boss Carlo Ancelotti has backed Swedish international Zlatan Ibrahimovic to win the Ballon D'Or. Speaking to Sky Sport Italia, Ancelotti said: ""Cristiano Ronaldo is one of the most spectacular players around, but I think Italian football places the emphasis on team work rather than individual accolades.

"Kaka won it before and I think Zlatan Ibrahimovic can take it in the future."
