Former World Cup finalist Pascal Chimbonda has signed a three-month deal with League OneCarlisle United. The 34-year-old France defender has been training with the Cumbrians this week.
Chimbonda, formerly of Tottenham, Wigan and Blackburn, had been playing with non-league Market Drayton to stay fit after he left Doncaster last year.
