Carlisle United and Chelsea are strengthening their relationship.

Carlisle already have Chelsea defender Harry Worley on-loan this season and caretaker boss Greg Abbott revealed to the News & Star: "They have invited me down for a day to see how hey do things and hopefully we can sort something out within the month.

"I have spoken to Neil Bath, their academy manager, and I will be speaking to Frank Arnesen this week as well.

"Harry has told the people at Chelsea about how we do things and that he's really happy with the training we are doing.

"If we can create good impressions at this stage then hopefully it's something we can gain from in the future in terms of them maybe letting some more of their young players come to us."
