Careca fears for Napoli if they sell Edinson Cavani this summer.

The Napoli legend believes Cavani is key to the club's success.

"Cavani should not be sold," the former Brazilian international told the Corriere dello Sport. "The squad would lose 70 per cent without him.

"For three years Cavani has shown that he can score goals in every manner, he's an 'animal' in front of goal.

"He scores 'too' many goals, he's always decisive. Napoli deserve a centre-forward like him."
