Peter Whittingham is happy he stayed with Cardiff City.

Whittingham was the subject of a £3million bid from West Ham last month while West Bromwich Albion were also interested in the star midfielder.

But the Cardiff star, who faces Ipswich today, said: "I'm settled at the club. There was talk of clubs being interested and bids being made in January.

"But I have always said that I wanted to stay and that's what I have done."
