The Sunday Mirror says scouts from seven Premier League clubs watched Cardiff's Carling Cup semi-final first leg at Crystal Palace last Tuesday.
They were watching the Welsh side's exciting winger Joe Ralls.
Scouts from Tottenham, Chelsea, Liverpool and Arsenal were there.
