Cardiff City have ended their pursuit of Celtic powerhouse Victor Wanyama.
The Kenyan midfielder was the subject of a £10million plus add-ons bid from the Bluebirds but Celtic rejected their proposal.
SunSport is of the belief that Cardiff boss Malky Mackay will not return with an improved offering as the South Wales club leave the Hoops ace to Southampton who are still monitoring his situation.
