Hamburg midfielder Tomas Rincon is the subject of transfer talks with Cardiff City.
The 25-year-old Venezuela international was interesting Hull City at Christmas.
Rincon has been offered to other Premier League sides but Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has made the first positive move in a bid to help boost Cardiff's battle against relegation, says the Daily Mail.
