Cardiff City are on the brink of signing Blackpool winger Thomas Ince.

The Bluebirds had a £8 bid for Ince accepted by Blackpool a fortnight ago.

Sky Sports says it is understood that Ince and his father Paul held talks with Cardiff on Monday about a move to the Premier League new boys.

Talks are thought to have gone well, with personal terms close to being agreed and the player is expected to make a decision on the move in the next 48 hours.
