Cardiff City are offering bumper terms to Blackpool winger Thomas Ince.
Blackpool have already accepted a bid from Cardiff for the England U21 star.
The Daily Star says they're tabling a £40,000-a-week pay deal to Ince, 21, who is also interesting former club Liverpool.
