Cardiff City striker Andreas Cornelius has been nominated for two awards in his native Denmark.
The centre-forward has been nominated for the Superliga Player of the Year and the Young Talent of the Year in Denmark.
Aston Villa defender Jores Okore is also up for the senior award.
The Danish Football Awards will be held on November 11.
