Cardiff City are ready to snap up Wigan Athletic midfielder Jason Koumas.
The Daily Express says Cardiff will sign Wales midfielder Koumas when the club's transfer embargo is lifted.
Koumas will leave Wigan on loan for Dave Jones' Cardiff side.
