Cardiff City signing Andreas Cornelius has suffered an ankle injury in preseason training.

Cardiff could be without Cornelius for the Premier League kick-off after he damaged his ankle in training.

Manager Malky Mackay said: "We're working to get him back for the start of the season. His ankle is sore but he is back running."
