Vancouver Whitecaps midfielder Barry Robson is confident that Kenny Miller will remain as Scotland's star striker despite his impending move to MLS.
The 32-year old is set to depart Cardiff City to join the Whitecaps this week and Robson, who made the move from Middlesbrough recently, believes he can become a star in North America as well as retain his spot as Scotland's main target man.
"Kenny is Scotland's main striker and I don't see that changing any time soon," Robson said.
"He's still young, he's still fit and he's become a real leader for the national team.
"Kenny has a massive part to play for Scotland and him moving to Canada will not make a difference.
"I know Kenny feels that way and I'm sure nobody in the international set-up wants to lose him.
"He'll keep going, I'll keep going and hopefully we can help the national team reach the (2014) World Cup."
